Tiny House “ La casodda”

Overview

The Tiny House "La Casodda" is located in San Michele Salentino, a strategic town as it lies between Salento and the Valle d'Itria. It is 14 km from Ostuni and 20 km from the Torre Guaceto Marine Protected Area.

The house is in the town center and is one of the first buildings in the area. Its interior is characteristic, resembling that of a trullo, built with stone and featuring alcoves.

The Space

Tiny House "La Casodda" is a single open-plan space. It includes a kitchen with a table and sideboard. In the larger alcove, there is a double sofa bed, and in the smaller alcove, a sofa bed. There is also a fully equipped bathroom with a shower cubicle.

KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM: The kitchen is made of masonry and features a gas stove, a three-seat table, and a sideboard. It can also serve as a living area, as there is a sofa bed and TV.

Large Alcove: Double sofa bed with a clothes rack.

Small Alcove: Sofa bed with a comfortable chest of drawers.

BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet, bidet.

PARKING: Street parking.

Wi-Fi: Available.

EXTRAS:

Bedding and Towels: Upon request, €15.00 per person per week.

CHILDREN are welcome. Upon request, we provide a travel cot for an additional €20.00.

Check-in: After 8:00 PM, an extra charge of €20.00 will apply. After midnight, the supplement will be €40.00.

Security Deposit: €100.00.

If the stove, dishes, and waste are not cleaned, additional cleaning fees of €70.00 will be deducted from the security deposit.
