Masseria Scaledda

Overview

Masseria Scaledda, immersed in the calm and peace of the Salento countryside a few km
from the marvelous beaches of Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo and San Pietro In Bevagna.

La Scaledda is a fortified farmhouse that has a long history dating back to 1172,
falls within the Salina Monaci nature reserve, on the eastern coast of Taranto;
ideal place to regenerate and relax immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and the view of the sea in the distance, characterized by vaulted ceilings and white, the predominant color of the structure, typical of Apulian farms.

The farm has been restructured maintaining the architectural characteristics of the past, there are 5 suites:

• Superior Suite "Il Casone": the accommodation is located a minute's walk from the main body of the farm.
Completely immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, away from noise and in full harmony with nature.
It has a living room with kitchenette, 1 toilet with shower, 2 double bedrooms. Private garden with panoramic veranda. Compared to the central body of the farm, Suite Il Casone is about a 1-minute walk away.

• Superior Suite "La Stalla" with private Plunge Pool: la Stalla: The Suite is created in the old stable where the cows gave birth. There are still large "mangers" for cows and small ones for calves. It has a living room with kitchenette, toilet with shower, double bedroom, sofa bed. Private garden on the ground floor. Private plunge pool.

• Superior Suite "La Ginestra": located on the first floor and has a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, double bedroom with the possibility of a third bed, en-suite toilet. Panoramic terrace on the first floor with a view of the sea and the Mediterranean maquis.

• Deluxe Room "La Macchia": Large room with WC, fireplace, panoramic terrace with sea view on the first floor. Double bed, possibility of a third bed. The room, the walls, the fireplace, the furnishings are linked to the tradition of the Salento farms.
