1st Day
Overnight stay Ostuni/Carovigno

2nd Day
Morning: breakfast and departure for San Michele Salentino, a Salento village, known for the almond fig and for poetic attacks. Various poetic compositions are written in the streets of the town on the white walls.
You will try your hand at a weaving art workshop with a master basket maker who will tell you about the origins and anecdotes of this ancient art.
Subsequently you will go to an oil mill where you will discover the production process of the green gold of Puglia and taste extra virgin olive oil and almond fig (dried fig with the almond inside)
Afternoon in Carovigno: guided tour of Dentice Castle in Frasso di Carovigno, Borgo and Contessa Park.
Free evening and overnight stay.

3rd Day
Breakfast and departure for Ceglie Messapica where you will visit a farm and listen to the history of the ancient farm, visit the stables and with the master cheesemaker you will see up close the production of mozzarella and other traditional cheeses. You will taste the farm's products from cheeses, cured meats, baked goods and other products according to seasonality, then you will taste the traditional Apulian products.
Free lunch.
Afternoon: direction Ostuni for a journey to discover the green gold of Puglia, visit to the monumental olive grove with stories about legends, curiosities about the plant and olive harvesting methods, tasting of extra virgin olive oils including the 100% one produced from olives coming from millenary plants . Tasting of oil on dry friselline, drinking bottled mineral water and an excellent house white wine.

4th day

Breakfast and end of the tour!
