Apulian cooking class
The food and wine experience will take place on a farm in Salento a few km from Porto Cesareo.
You will immerse yourself in the gastronomic culture of Salento by preparing typical dishes of the Apulian tradition linked to peasant culture.
The workshop will concern the preparation of a dough and you will try your hand at preparing the various pasta shapes typical of Salento, such as orecchiette or other shapes of fresh pasta, bread and typical dishes.
The dishes will vary according to seasonality. You will taste the prepared specialties which will be accompanied by a tasting of wines produced by the farm itself.

The day is guaranteed with a minimum of 10 participants

free up to 7 days before or if the minimum number of participants is not reached
From the 6th the entire amount will be withheld
